Feel like you emerged from film noir with this sexy 1950’s inspired mini-cocktail hat. It is made with a luscious black fur on a foam and acrylic base with black felt lining and satin-wrapped acrylic hair comb slide. Soft black tulle, netting, a hand-stitched double satin and striped ribbon rosette, and an evil little skull finish this weapon of mass seduction.

Including the tulle and netting, it measures 13-15 cm in diameter. The base alone is 12 cm in diameter.
